Delivery Information and Pricing

In this section we have tried to give customers information regarding common delivery information.

How do I know if my goods have been sent?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

I have received a faulty item?

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you have received faulty goods or feel you have a valid reason for returning your goods then please let us know straight away by clicking our Returns Page.

We have created a Returns form online for a faster response, so please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

I have received an incorrect item in my order?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know as soon as you can by using our online contact form or call us on 0845 604 6711. We will try to resolve the issue quickly.

An item is missing from my order?

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please get in touch with Customer Care.

Let us know the Order Number and the Product Code or Product Name of the item you wanted, and we'll look into it.

UK Standard delivery

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £6.50 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 5pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, then your item would be left with a neighbour if possible in good faith. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.


UK Next day delivery

UK Next Day Delivery Service:

If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day.

If you order anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday as the distribution side of the company is closed at the weekend.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

We may not be able to deliver on a Bank Holiday so please call us to check if this is possible prior to ordering.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £7.95 if your order is under £100 ex VAT and £3.00 if your order is over £100 ex VAT.

Our carrier will deliver your parcel to you the following day. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you must be sure you are happy that your item/s is going to be delivered to your work address as someone else may sign for it on your behalf?
