Instapak Foam Packaging

Instapak Foam in a bag is a lightweight packaging material made of polyurethane foam that when used expands in seconds around any shape size or weight of goods. The Instapak foam is the perfect void fill material used to cushion products during the shipping transportation process and gives you the reassurance that your goods will get there safely and in one piece.

Instapak foam in a bag is supplied flat and can be bought in various quantities depending on the size of foam packaging bags ordered. The packaging foam is cost effective and both simple and easy to use. The foam bag packaging solution works at room temperature.

To use the void fill packaging place the Instapak foam in a bag in the box or shipping container, and place the item for shipping snugly on to the foam packaging bag, by pressing the ‘Press Here’ label the foam will activate in seconds, no matter what size shape or weight the foam will mould itself around the item.
