Palletised containers are made from double wall cardboard, which is a heavy duty material that provides extra protection against damage to your goods. The corrugated inner layer provides a cushioning material that protects against wear and tear. This is especially important if you ship abroad as your packaging material must be able to withstand the turbulence of a long distance journey.
What’s more the air pockets that the corrugated layer creates acts as an insulator. This is a great benefits your products will be protected from the climatic changes your goods may experience when being shipped long distance, or being stored in a warehouse for an extended period of time.
Palletised containers come with cap, tray and sleeve components and are supplied with heat treated pallets as standard. Wooden pallets are widely used as a packaging material in international trade. Due to the risks of introducing and spreading tree pests, strict controls on wood packaging, both for imports and exports, are enforced. Ferrari Packaging’s palletized containers come with a heat treated wooden pallets as standard.
