One of our most popular products, our high quality single wall cardboard boxes provide a suitable level of protection at an affordable price. We have a variety of sizes of single walled boxes in stock which can be used in both professional and personal applications.
Single wall boxes are made up two parts - the linerboard which is the flat paper that makes up the inner and outer layers of the box. The second part of the packaging material is known as “medium” which is the corrugated inner layer of the box. It is the inner medium that adds a level of protection to your goods as they act as a shock absorber to prevent crushing. It also act as an insulator to protect your goods from changes in climate - ideal if you are storing your goods for a long period of time.
The single wall boxes come flat-packed which means they can be easily stored prior to use. The durable four flap design boxes are quick and easy to assemble.
How To Choose The Right Size of Single Wall Box
1. Measure your product to get an idea of the box size required. Our box dimensions are given by length x width x height. Using a tape measure, measure the length, width and height/depth.
2. Choose a box for your project that is slightly larger in all 3 dimensions. This allows you to add some additional protection to your products within the box. Please note that the dimensions we provide are the INTERNAL dimensions of the box. The external dimensions can be up to 10mm more than the internal dimensions depending on the board grade.
3. Wrap your product in a suitable protective material and place inside the box. When placed in the box with the protective packaging the items should not be able to move.
4. Close the box and seal securely with tape or strapping as required. We offer custom printed tape which is a cost-effective way to brand your packages too.
Once you have found the correct size of single walled box for your project you can purchase these quickly and easily using our secure checkout. If you are looking to place a large order please get in touch with our Sales Team for bulk pricing options.
Please note that some of our single wall boxes may be printed on the flaps with our logo and/or a barcode and the size reference.
